Westport does not have an abundance of year-round rentals, but, from time to time, one does become available, usually unfurnished and generally at a specified monthly rent plus utilities.  Pets are typically not allowed, though there may be some exceptions with additional security deposits required.  Smoking is also widely prohibited in year-round rentals.

Likewise, options for year-round rentals are limited in Tiverton and Little Compton, Rhode Island, but they do become open periodically.
