A few of our Summer rental properties are also offered as Winter rentals. They are typically available from mid September through mid-June, with some flexibility on either end depending on prior seasonal commitments. As a rule, these properties are furnished, generally available for a specified monthly rent plus utilities. Pets are generally not allowed, though there may be some exceptions with additional security deposits required. Smoking is also universally prohibited in our seasonal rentals. At the end of the rental term, the tenant is usually responsible for having the property professionally cleaned.
