We have a good selection of properties that are available for Summer rental, on a weekly, by-weekly, or monthly basis. Weekly rentals usually start on Saturday afternoon and end the following Saturday morning, with about a three hour gap for cleaning. They are typically available from mid June through mid-September, with some flexibility on either end depending on owner and off-season commitments.
These properties are furnished, including all kitchen dishes and utensils. Linens are sometimes provided, but tenants more frequently need to bring their own sheets and towels. Pets are almost always not allowed, though there may be some exceptions with additional security deposits required. Smoking is universally prohibited in our Summer rentals. At the end of the rental term, the tenant is usually responsible for having the property professionally cleaned.
