Kitchen appliances, pots and pans, dishes & utensils provided; Large refrigerator, range with hood, microwave, new dishwasher, coffeepot, toaster, variety of pots, pans, dishes, glasses, flatware, etc.Two (2) bedrooms with Full size beds, linens and some towels provided; Master bedroom has private bath with tub/shower combo, plus washer/dryer; Large family room open to kitchen, quiet living room, dining room; Second bedroom and a second bath (shower stall) off the family room.
Pets are not allowed, though there may be some exceptions with an additional security deposit required.
Smoking is prohibited.
At the end of the rental term, the Tenant is responsible for leaving the property clean and in good condition.
