Kitchen appliances, pots and pans, dishes & utensils provided;  Tenant brings own sheets and towels;

Cottage has new point well but bottled water is recommended for drinking and cooking;

Pets are not allowed, though there may be some exceptions with an additional security deposit required.  

Smoking is prohibited.  

At the end of the rental term, the Tenant is responsible for leaving the property clean and in good condition.
