Enjoy wonderful ocean breezes in this cottage near the beach!  Sweet two (2) bedroom, one (1) bath Cottage with a wonderful front deck and enclosed outdoor shower;  Sleep sofa for guests;  Walk to East Beach;  Short drive to Horseneck Beach. 

Cable T.V. and Internet tbd;  No phone service (please use cell phone);  Charcoal grill.

Kitchen appliances, pots and pans, dishes & utensils provided;  Sheets provided;  Tenant brings own towels & beach towels;   It is recommended that bottled water be used for drinking and cooking.  A gallon of Spring Water will be provided for Tenant(s) convenience on arrival and should be replaced by Tenant at end of lease term, along with any other supplies that have been used.

Pets are not allowed, though there may be some exceptions with an additional security deposit required.  

Smoking is prohibited.  

At the end of the rental term, the Tenant is responsible for leaving the property neat and in good condition.
